Quilted Strait Row of Sailboats, PDF Pattern

Quilted Strait’s Row of Sailboats Pattern was inspired by the boats that we see on Hood Canal as we walk to the Post Office in Port Gamble. Pattern includes fabric requirements and cutting directions. We used Kaffe Fassett fabrics in our row – but of course, you can use anything you like, 1/8 yard pieces and scraps and a piece of background fabric are all you need to complete the row. The blocks were designed for Row by Row 2017, but the row finishes at 9″ x 36″ and so makes a perfect table runner with the addition of borders. The sailboats are pieced, no templates or foundation piecing is required.
